Welcome to the place where you will create memories of a lifetime with whom you love the most. Envisioned and designed by the talented French designer Jacques Grange, the spacious living room is most definitely the heart of the house. The fireplace, a spectacular ceramic piece by Giuseppe Ducrot, creates a cozy atmosphere, a space designed to spend the evening with the family, rest, recharge batteries and connect with the essence of the house. Each of the pieces of furniture in the living room and the rest of the house are unique, collector's pieces, brought from different parts of Europe at different times. The living room has underfloor heating as well as air conditioning.
Carefully restored, visibly displaying the centuries of history that the house carries, the kitchen is a spacious and comfortable place, where each morning, noon and evening you will be able to fall in love with the Sevillian gastronomy. The original 18th century rope technique tiles from Triana and the antique ceramic vases from the same period give it a flair of another time, without leaving aside all the modern comforts. The kitchen has nickel-finished faucets and is fully equipped with an American-style fridge, washing machine and dryer, a regular oven and a steam oven. The kitchen has underfloor heating as well as air conditioning.
Having ‘al fresco’ breakfast will become a ‘must’ at our beautiful house ‘Time and Silence’, located right beside the Alcázar gardens. A beautiful interior ‘patio’ dating all the way back to the 19 th century invites you to slower the pace, connect with the here and now and dive into Seville’s special charm. The original macael marble fountain of the house, the palm trees and a decoration of tiles with motifs and colors inspired by the palaces of the Reales Alcázares make the courtyard one of the most special places in the house. The walls with exposed brick keep testimony of the ancient walls, of which our house was part, history of which we can find all kinds of traces in the exterior and interior areas.
